Abenzi Woodhouse is incorporated as Section 21 Company (Reg no 2010/0084/1908) and registered Non Profit Organization (NPO no: 096556) situated in Stutterheim, Amahlathi Local Municipality. The business concept was initiated in 2006 by Aspire and Amahlathi Local Municipality as part of the small town regeneration program. The Abenzi Woodhouse company was established for development purposes with the intention to develop and diversify the local forestry sector through timber down-streaming opportunities .

Congratulations to Abenzi first graduates of 2012. Abenzi graduation of the first group of trainees taken on July 2010 for cabinet making learnership will be held on 5 December 2012 at Lutheran hall, Stutterheim from 11:30 am. Come and witness as the 16 trainees will be honoured for their hard work and determination.
Abenzi launches phase 3: After successful implementation of phase 1 and phase 2; the training centre and mini factory since its operations in 2010, Abenzi is piloting and launching phase 3 of its development namely Business Cluster and Incubation phase. The business cluster and incubation aims to assist emerging businesses with mentorship and business support services as well as develop the furniture value chain in Stutterheim. The launch will be held on 5 December 2012 at Lutheran Hall from 2pm-3:30pm.

Annual General meeting 2011-2012: The second annual general meeting of members will be held on 5 December 2012 from 9am-11am at Stutterheim.
